What is PECN?

PECN is an association of proactive professionals working together to empower each other to become successfully engaged in contractual work. PECN is a resource for highly skilled, professional, technical, and managerial training experts. This allows PECN to produce revenue, share the work, lighten the load, tap talents, and better serve our communities. We are here to aid organizations, teams, and individuals reimagining strategic deployment via continuous process improvement and human relations training. PECN offers various experts with diverse experiences to help public, private, nonprofit, and faith-based institutions obtain specific solutions. Diversity and Inclusion, Lean Six Sigma, Systems Thinking, Team Dynamics, Collaborative Leadership, and so on. Our consultants and coaches can identify problems and become the catalyst for change with real solutions.

Qualifications to be a PECN Member
 

We are looking for career driven training professionals and advisors that are experienced in the broad category of professional development and continuous process/performance improvement and closely related fields. PECN Identifies professionals with demonstrable work experience supported by education, good business ethics and reputation, and stability.

How to be a part of PECN

 

Our model is a "Stone Soup" -- everyone puts a little something into the mix of building the business, working on proposals for new clients, writing blogs, or leading workshops. Clients are contracted through the LLC, coming mostly through word of mouth and also from collaborators who want to bring more firepower/skills/capacity to their own client engagements:

To be a part of the PECN, simply provide credentials, complete the application and service agreement, attend quarterly meetings, and introduce other experts to the group.

PECN Consultants

As a collaborative, teams are assemble for each client specific to their needs and individual's areas of expertise. Through PECN is currently working on new project opportunities for opportunities of collaboration each PECN expert may:

  • Work under the LFD license when they are working as a PECN consultant

  • Introduce opportunities (referrals) for work to the PECN

  • Share social media as a network while maintaining our independent social media profiles
